Stone Hollow Brewing Company, located in Beatrice, Nebraska, and also with a taproom in Syracuse, has been a favorite brewery destination for me over the years. With the new taproom in Syracuse, it's a great place to take friends and meet up with friends from the area, including Lincoln!

Here are just a few of their beers to pique your interest!

RADLER UP

This Mango Grapefruit Radler is super light and refreshing at 2.8% ABV. If you like something fruity and a bit sweet, you will love this one!

MUMMY TRAIL

I always love a beer with a fun story about the name! Mummy Trail is named after local folklore in which people in the past, outside Beatrice, saw a ghostly mummy. Whether you believe in this sort of thing or not, I was doing a Facebook Live event with the owner and head brewer, Bryon Belding. As we started to talk about Mummy Trail, one of the portable lights went out!

This West Coast IPA has citrus and pineapple notes in a light body, with a slightly piney finish at 6.2% ABV. One of my all-time favorites from Stone Hollow Brewing!

GRAVEL GRINDER

Summer requires a Pale Ale that is refreshing, with nice malt characteristics, grapefruit notes, and a medium hop bitterness. The hop profile consists of classic hops Cascade, Centennial, and Columbus. You don’t have to be a bike rider to enjoy this 6% Pale Ale.

Stone Hollowing Brewing Company not only has a great selection of craft beer but also ciders and seltzers! There is always something on tap for everyone! In addition, you can get crowlers to go.
